Shelf-Life

All of our products are handcrafted with natural ingredients; to maintain the integrity of their properties.

We prefer to avoid preservatives and synthetic ingredients which in turn means that they have a limited shelf life.

Therefore our products are guaranteed for 6 months after purchase date unless otherwise stated.

For best results avoid excessive heat and/or direct sunlight.

Shipping Policy 

Items typically ship within 2-4 business days unless communicated otherwise.

Every shipment is insured for both buyer/seller protection.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

The only exception to this is if you are shipped the incorrect item.

Due to the natural ingredients in our products which are handcrafted in small batches each is unique and may vary slightly in appearance.

Lost or Damaged packages

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 

If your package is damaged in transit

 All of our shipments are insured. Insurance is included in the shipping and handling fee for extra buyer/seller protection.

Please note shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Courses or Programs

Due to the nature of our courses & programs Goddess Medicine, LLC does not offer refunds.
